Dan Radil from the Bellingham Herald reviews our 2004 Pinot Grigio in an article titled, "Versatile wine pairs well with food"

Here is his synopsis:

"It begins with fragrant melon and floral aromas, and is loaded with pear, apple and citrus flavors. Crisp acidity, the signature of the Pinot Grigio grape, is topped by the bonus of a long, faintly sweet finish that adds to the complexity and character of the wine.

Extremely complementary with food, you could pair the wine with a number of medium cheeses, poultry, or seafood such as crab, snapper or halibut. It's a nice, versatile white wine I think you're going to enjoy."
